Pamela S. Williams

Pamela Sellers Williams, age 64 of Odenville, Al, went home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on the eve of His birth, December 24, 2022. Pam was a Christian and a member of the Macedonia Baptist Church in Margaret, Alabama. Pam has missed out on a lot in life. Due to different health issues, she has been confined to a nursing home or an assisted living facility for the last 10 years or so. Thankfully, a few weeks before she passed, she was able to leave the hospital and be moved into our sister, JoAnn’s, home. She was finally home! Our family will always be eternally grateful to JoAnn for making that possible for Pam. She was preceded in death by her loving mother, Mary Clark Sellers; father, Jackson P. Sellers; grandparents, Lillie and William Clark and George and Fannie Sellers; sister, Sandra Sellers, Smith; three brothers, Thomas Rickey Sellers, Jim Sellers (Pat), and Gary Sellers; and a niece, Angie Sellers. She was survived by her four sisters, JoAnn Batizy, Peggy Ingram, Carolyn Putman (Marshall), and Betty Brown; seven nieces, Jennifer (Berger), Kim (Greg), Mary Beth, Kathy Lynn, Stacey, Alicia, and Brandy (Larry); six nephews, Jackie (Kerry), Jason, Rickey Jr, Jimbo (Shelley) Brad, and Nick ( Kayla); eight great nieces, Harper, Paige, Amelia, Ella, Tanner, Brianna, Elizabeth, and Kaiya (Jake); eight great nephews, Maury, Jason Jr., Nolyn, Jake, Ryan, Hunter, Caden, and Cody (Cat), and two great-great nieces, Riley and Ella Mae. Pam was a loving daughter, sister, aunt, and friend. She loved her family, especially her mom, dearly. She was her mom’s baby girl, always. They had a very special relationship. She had a loving, caring heart and tried to help others when in need. She didn’t have children of her own, but loved and treated her nieces and nephews like they were her own. She was a God-fearing Christian, and loved to attend church, back when she was able to go. We will miss you dearly, Pam, your love, your laughter, your humor, your friendship, and your devotion to your family. You will forever be in our hearts. God, please rest her sweet soul. Funeral services will be held at Deerfoot Memorial Funeral Home. 5360 Deerfoot Pkwy Trussville, Al 35173, Friday, December 30, 2022 at 2:00 pm in the chapel. Visitation will begin at 1:00 pm Friday. Interment will follow shortly after the service on to Macedonia Baptist Church Cemetery. Pastor Pat Giles will officiate.
