Matthew D. Langston-Lands, age 26, of Trussville, Alabama was called home to be with his Lord on Sunday, July 5, 2020. He attended Springville High School and was employed with Perfect Service Heating and Air. He was dearly loved by everyone who knew him. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Vernon and Wanda Lands and Albert and Imogene Langston; uncles, Victor Paul Lands and Todd Langston, nieces, Kailey Reid and Kaicelynn Boyd. Matthew is survived by his parents, Roger and Lisa Lands; sisters, Brandy Dekle (Brian), Ticha Reid (Shane) and Amy Boyd (Zach); brother, Bradley Lands (April); nieces and nephews, Brian Jr. and Hayden Dekle, Rylan, Corbyn, Khylen and Isaiah Reid, Brooklyn, Kinsley, Kelsey, Peyton and Addelynn Boyd, Kamden, Paisley and Jaxton Lands and numerous extended family and friends. The family will receive friends on Friday, July 10, 2020 from 9:15 AM to 10:00 AM at Red Hill Baptist Church with funeral service to follow at 10:00 AM. Burial will be at Springville City Cemetery. Pastor Tony Layton will be officiating.
