John Travis Johnson

August 30, 1992 - April 5, 2022

John Travis Johnson passed away unexpectedly on April 5th, 2022 at the age of 29. Born to Jeff and Pat Johnson on August 30th,1992, John was full of energy and fun as a baby and throughout life. During his adolescent years, he was obsessed with Pokémon and trains. Some of John’s favorite activities were playing video games, listening to music (bluegrass was a favorite), playing a variety of instruments, singing, fishing, and just being the life of the party with his fun sarcasm and jokes. His favorite job was climbing towers as an cellular tower technician. He was extremely intelligent and could do anything he put his mind to. He was a loyal friend, a kind heart, an amazing son, brother, uncle, and a man who made a positive impact on everyone he met. Our family was not expecting the loss of John or for his life to be cut so short so soon. We are devastated by this loss and will feel the absence of John forever. Our home will be empty without his personality to fill it, to see him walk down the hall to greet us, an empty hole in our heart will always long to be with him. Though, we will have his spirit with us always. He will be forever missed, but never forgotten. John will always be remembered by his parents, Jeff and Pat Johnson; his sisters, Samantha (Brian) Fowler, Kim Shaw, Candy (Bryon) Hoffman; his nieces and nephews, Morgan Templeton, Brayden Templeton, Derick Steadman, Sara Steadman, Mackenzie Mullins, and Ashton Steadman; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends who loved him dearly.
