Christine Deal Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Christine Crumbley Deal, age 81, passed away on June 23, 2022. Christine was preceded in her passing by parents Armnes (AC) and Wordie Bell Lovvorn Crumbley, brothers Calvin, Fred and James Crumbley, sisters Clara Hart and Melvie Dean Tanner. Christine was also preceded in death by her husband Harry J. Deal, son Russell H. Deal and great grandson Russell Cale Shierling. Christine is survived by brothers Robert (Barbara Ella) Crumbley, of Huntsville, AL and Sherril Crumbley of Cleveland, AL. She is also survived by daughter Jan Deal of Gulf Shores, AL, grandson Erik Peoples of Foley, AL, granddaughter Samantha Peoples of Kenosha, WI and great granddaughters Kaylea, Alyssa and Felicity Peoples. She leaves behind many good friends, nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held on Monday, June 27, 2022 at 10 AM in The Garden of the Good Shepard at Jefferson Memorial Cemetery, Trussville, AL. Arrangements by Deerfoot Funeral Home. The family would like to thank TLC nursing center in Oneonta, AL for their skill, kindness and compassion during the time they cared for Christine. In lieu of flowers the family asks that you make a donation to your local library, animal shelter or police benevolent fund.
